If you need help outside our normal office hours, please visit our Blueball Design Google Group and post your question or problem there to get feedback and help from other experienced RapidWeaver® and Sandvox® users who use our products.

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday. We are located on the east coast of the US in North Carolina. If your support request comes in during the night it will be answered the next morning.
